- We did the listening exercise on page 51

- we checked our homework. Page 223

- we completed an exercise with a/an, the or no article and then asked and answered questions

- We did exercise 4 (speaking) on page 49. We shared our ideas against or in favour of the staments in exercise c


HOMEWORK

- Mediation in groups. Remember to finish it in pairs and hand it in as soon as possible

Dear all, this is what we did yesterday in class: - we checked our homework - we did the pronunciation exercises on page 44 - you did exercise 4a on page 46 - I explained the grammar on page 222 - We played a comparisons game HOMEWORK: - page 222 exercises a and b (for next Tuesday) - worksheet (for next Tuesday) - For next Thursday. Composition. Page 198 exercise e. Imagine you stayed with some British friends in the UK last month. Plan an email to say thank you. Write five paragraphs and a postcript (PS). Include some of the highlighted phrases and use informal language (exercise c) ADDITIONAL HOMEWORK - Comparatives and superlatives 1 - Comparatives and superlatives 2 - Transport - Pronunciation.
