Dear all,

this is what we did yesterday in class:

- we brainstormed vocabulary related to money

- we matched words and their meanings. Then, we listened to a song and had to use some of those words to complete the lyrics

- We checked our homework: page 240 exercises 1 and 2

- we played a game to revise our vocabulary and had lots of fun

- we did the exercises on pronunciation on page 26


HOMEWORK (compulsory)

- Composition. Write an email describing a friend in 4 paragraphs (exercise g on page 197). Use the language in the information box (exercise e) and some of the highlighted phrases in Gustavo's email.

- pages 26 and 27 exercises 3b, c and e
